Select the details for your appointment. The location (if a mobile clinic) along with the best date and time that works for you.
Provide your personal details so we know who will be at the appointment.
Pay for your appointment online. Payments are processed via Stripe, a secure third party payment processor.
Your appointment will be confirmed and the details emailed to the email address you provided.
Please note:
If the person requiring the procedure is 10 years old or younger, then please call us on 01603 404440 or email appointments@hearfornorfolk.org.uk to book the appointment.
For the procedure to be successful, Hear for Norfolk requires you to use Earol spray or olive oil for a minimum of 5 days before your appointment, otherwise we may not be able to complete the procedure, and you will still be required to pay.
